Step 2:  Add Optional Products

Enhance your rental with optional products such as additional toppings, extra cones, or flavor mixes to make your ice cream experience even more special.

Step 3: Select Rental Date and Time

Decide how many days you need the machine for your event, whether it’s a one-day party or a week-long celebration—we’ve got you covered. Once your order is confirmed, our team will deliver your items within a 1-hour delivery window to your event location. We’ll also arrange the pick-up schedule, ensuring a 1-hour window on the event's end date. 

Step 4: Review Our Terms & Agreements

Read and review our service contract agreement. It includes important information about the rental terms, responsibilities, and equipment care.

​Step 5: Confirmation and Payment 

After you submit your order, our team will reach out within 24-48 hours to confirm your equipment rental and finalize any details if necessary.

Step 6: Equipment Operation & Cleaning Instructions

Upon delivery, our team will give you a brief tutorial on how to operate the equipment. You’ll be responsible for cleaning the equipment before our pick-up. We’ll provide detailed cleaning instructions to ensure the machine is ready for the next rental.
